Delivery Policy

Monkey Business Reigate operates the following Delivery Policy:

1. Our "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" apply in conjunction with this "Delivery Policy".

2. By default, we will use courier services applicable to your order. These services may include UPS,
Federal Express, Hermes, Royal Mail and any other operator deemed applicable.

3. By default, the standard delivery will be 48 hour services but, where shown on the website at
www.monkeybusinessreigate.com, faster delivery options may be available. Where and when available, 
these may include additional charges as specified.

4. Collection in person is available from our registered address. Ordering and payment must occur
​​​​​​​before this option is available. An option for this will appear on the website.

5. Balloons: will not be shipped inflated.

6. Monkey Business Reigate may be able to deliver larger orders. This must be discussed with us 
and agreed. We may charge additional delivery charges as applicable.
